We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party installations, natural disasters, or failure to maintain the roof properly.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing safe and reasonable access to the work site.
Sharing accurate service requirements before deployment.
Providing necessary permissions, identification procedures, or site inductions where required.
Maintaining a safe working environment for deployed personnel.
AVS shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information or restricted site access.
Service Quality & Liability
AVS is committed to delivering trained, verified, and professional manpower in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
Our liability is limited to the services provided under the applicable service agreement. AVS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services except where required by applicable law.
